Phil Coniglio is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Private Advisor Group. In this role, he provides expertise and operational strength to Private Advisor Group’s expanding portfolio of technology solutions. He brings over 20 years of experience in financial services to the team.

Prior to joining Private Advisor Group, Phil was the CISO and Director of Fund Operations at International Value Advisers. He also served as an Officer of the IVA Fiduciary Trust. Phil began his career at Morgan Stanley where he gained experience with positions in various departments over the course of his tenure, finally serving as the Director of the Mutual Fund Department.

Phil earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Rutgers University. He holds FINRA series 7 and 63 securities registrations.

He is a member of InfraGard, a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and members of the private sector for the protection of U.S. Critical Infrastructure.

Phil lives in Pequannock, NJ with his wife and two children. Outside of work, he enjoys the outdoors, exercising, and is an active volunteer at his children’s Catholic school.
