strong>Shane McCormick is a Partner and Team Leader at FPA Wealth Management, where he oversees strategic growth, client experience, and advanced planning solutions for the Paragon Team. Since joining the firm in 2002 and becoming a Partner in 2009, Shane has held key leadership roles, including Chair of the Investment Committee and Director of Technology. Earlier in his career, he advised individual investors, retirement plan sponsors, and nonprofit foundations while working with The Vanguard Group and SEI Investments.

Shane holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Science in Personal Financial Planning from the College of Financial Planning in Denver. He is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®), and also holds advanced designations including MPAS®, AWMA®, and CRPC®.

Based in West Chester, PA, Shane and his wife, Jennifer, are the proud parents of twin daughters, Abbey and Bridget, and their son, Conor. Outside of work, Shane is actively involved in his community. He is a member of the Greater West Chester Chamber of Commerce, serves on the board of the West Chester East Ice Hockey program, and has dedicated many years to coaching youth travel hockey and softball. A lifelong hockey player himself, he values the opportunity to mentor the next generation while spending time with family, friends, and on the golf course.
