Alex Team is the Corporate Financial Manager at Private Advisor Group. In this role, he is responsible for the firm’s financial planning and management of Private Advisor Group and its affiliated entities’ capital structures and leverage profiles. He engages with other key stakeholders of the company to provide supporting analysis for Private Advisor Group’s strategic opportunities. He brings over 5 years of experience in financial services to the team.

Alex majored in Economics at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he earned his bachelor’s degree. He holds FINRA series 7, 63, and 79TO securities registrations.

Prior to joining Private Advisor Group, Alex held an analyst position on the Distressed and High Yield proprietary trading desk at a broker-dealer. He focused on modeling and evaluation of complex capital structures inside and outside of bankruptcy or re-organization.

Alex lives in Charlotte, North Carolina with his labrador retriever, Bishop. He can frequently be found hiking and hunting with his dog on the weekends. As a certified SCUBA Dive Master, Alex likes spending his PTO deep beneath the ocean.
