Andrew Karlinski is the Managing Director West Region at Private Advisor Group, and the President and founder of AK Financial Group. He brings over 45 years of experience in financial services to the team, and has been actively pursuing his vision of building a financial services firm that meets the full spectrum of his clients’ financial planning needs.

Andy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Queen’s College. He holds FINRA series 7, 24, and 63 securities registrations, a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation, and other insurance licenses.

He is currently a Board Member of the Teddy Karlinski Scholarship Fund. In addition, he was the former Board President for the St. Joseph Hospital/Todos, the Marbella Country Club, and the Aspen Valley Ski & Snowboard Club, and was a former Board Member for the Orange County Ronald McDonald House and the Mission Hospital Foundation.

Andy lives in Basalt, CO. Outside of work he enjoys traveling, surfing, stand-up paddle boarding, and snowboarding.
