Harold Laudien

CEO & Financial Consultant - Mercer Wealth Management

Harold started his financial services career with two of the largest brokerage firms, but never lost sight of his initial goal to assist the overlooked and underserviced families, individuals, and successful business owners in the development of long-term financial strategies. He helps clients set those strategies into action by finding solutions and identifying potential opportunities that may influence a client’s success.

The combination of owning two successful small businesses prior to this, along with a relentless commitment to continuing education, has given Harold the ability to advise and relate to his clients with a deeper connection. He has a profound dedication to earning clients trust through hard work and clear communication.
Harold is an active community leader having served on the Hamilton Township Economic Development Advisory Commission (HTEDAC) to help encourage local business growth. In addition, he has volunteered in several capacities to the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Hamilton Foundation Young Professional Group, his church, St. Ann’s in Lawrenceville NJ, and his alma mater, Rider University.

Harold earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from Rider University in Lawrenceville NJ. Harold has obtained the Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMSTM) and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) designations conferred by the College for Financial Planning and holds the Series 7 & 66 securities registrations with LPL Financial.

Born and raised in central NJ, Harold now resides in Allentown, NJ with his wife, Stephanie, their daughters Mia and Emma, and their Bernese Mountain dog. Outside the office Harold enjoys spending time with family, competing in triathlons and running ultramarathons. He has completed multiple Ironman distance events and run in many one hundred mile plus marathons including the Badwater 135.
