James Dy is partner at Main Street Wealth Management, LLC., a boutique wealth management firm based out of Bedminster, NJ. With over 20 years of experience, he specializes in working with successful physicians, retirees, executives and business owners, in the key areas of estate conservation, investment management, business succession and executive compensation. Utilizing a unique process, James works in conjunction with his clients’ advisors to implement strategies that help them work toward their objectives in the most tax-efficient and cost-effective manner.

He holds the following professional designations: Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®), Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®), Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®), Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS®) and Accredited Wealth Management Advisor (AWMA®).

James graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance and management with a minor in engineering, from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.

Currently, James resides in Berkeley Heights, NJ with his wife, Johanna, and sons, Christian, Jacob and Joshua.
